Acne Free Severe has 2 proven ingredients: benzoyl peroxide and retinol. Both of these ingredients are capable of giving you the results you are looking for at a better rate in general if used correctly.
Cons
Just because they add in retinol does not mean that they are magically a more powerful formula. Retinol has an effect yes. But it also has side effects much like those you would automatically find with benzoyl peroxide. Moreover, from reports, it doesn't work any better than the original Acne Free, meaning they likely don't have the right amounts despite their claims.
