Eczana Review
Eczana is an acne treatment and skin treatment in general. It is a cream that they claim will address various problems such as dermatitis, eczema, and psoriasis among others, and they claim it's also the #1 reordered product of 2007.
Pros
Eczana has all natural and gentle ingredients such as Canadian willowherb and chamomile. They also have tea tree oil, which has actually been proven to fight acne if used in a 5% concentration. As an antibacterial, it could also ideally fight certain other skin issues, and all without side effects.
Cons
They don't use that 5%, and realistically speaking this is so thick that it could very well clog the pores actually making acne worse rather than better. Frankly speaking, without the right ingredients in the right amounts, it will also make other general skin conditions worse rather than better.
Conclusion
We would not recommend using Eczana. It has not been often reordered, because quite frankly it doesn't work. People generally don't waste their money on those that they have not experienced good things with. You should not believe their advertising in general as it is completely false.
